A Week In the Life of a True Romantic

Tuesday, July 31st, 2007

By Roger Bourdon You may be in a loving relationship, but, sometimes you forget the important little things that enable you to romance your partner from the heart. Sure, you can say, I love you, thats all too easy, but, have you found that all those wonderful, romantic ideas have recently escaped you? If so why not see the difference a day can make indeed, why not see what difference a week could make to your relationship, if you follow some of the loving ideas to show your spouse that you really are a true romantic. The following is an idea of how you could spend a loving week, without spending a fortune! On day one, leave a note professing your love and leave it in a place your partner can find it easily. Try their briefcase, the driver’s seat of their car, in their coat pocket, in their lunch bag, taped to the receiver of the phone, taped to their computer, or left taped to a doorknob. Then as soon as you arrive home for the day seek out your spouse and give them a big, loving kiss. Tell your partner how much you love them and ask about their day. Make this a new, daily habit. On day two, while your partner showers, heat up their towel in the dryer or over the radiator. Then arrange to have some flowers their place of work. When you come home surprise them by bringing with you their favourite drink, a book by their favourite author or a CD by their favourite artist On day three you could arrange an intimate lunch date, or if time is an issue, just meet up fro lunch in a local pub. Afterwards you could send a virtual card saying how much your enjoyed lunch together. The following day you could phone your partner at work and tell them of your romantic plans for the evening. Then get home ahead of your partner, cook a special meal and lay the table with your best cutlery, crockery and crystal glasses. You can further enhance your table with candles and flowers. No doubt your spouse will be delighted by this by you can surprise them further if when they come home the next night to find a large multi-coloured heart drawn on your drive with the words, I love you” in the middle. If romance is riding high as it should be you could take your partner to your favourite restaurant for a truly romantic meal. For the first day of the weekend, weather permitting, take a slow relaxing walk through the woods and tell your partner just how much they mean to you and why it is they are so special. If weather is not on your side consider and an indoor picnic. Spend the time together, inside enjoying your favorite board games, listening to music and just relaxing and talking. As evening draws in cuddle up on your settee watching a romantic movie together. On your last day before you return to work, sleep in and cuddle up together. Make a long list of the many reasons why you love your partner as you do and then have them framed and present it to them as a special gift. Remember little things DO mean a lot. “Should the sun refuse to shine, should romance run out of rhyme; you alone will hold my heart — now until the very end of time. - Verses of Love By Roger Bourdon Email: rogerbourdon@gmail.com Author of “Secrets of a Happy Marriage Revealed” to be found at http://www.direct.horizon-homesellers.com/marriagestart.htm My other main sites: Investment Property http://www.propertyprofits4you.com Internet Marketing http://www.horizondirectservices.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Roger_Bourdon http://EzineArticles.com/?A-Week-In-the-Life-of-a-True-Romantic&id=70698 oral take sex because positions got familly most incest his story which how our to the achieve but anal under orgasim been high is school for girls at cheerleading while photos come

Learn How I Lost 150 Pounds in 14 Months

Monday, July 30th, 2007

By Ron Gregory This is not just another fad diet book of which fill libraries, bookstores, and the internet, but the true story of how I lost 150 pounds in about 14 months (and kept the pounds off). A story, which I believe anyone who can walk, will benefit from. First let me back up a bit and explain how a middle-aged 6 0 male with a medium to large frame got to be 335 pounds. Well, it wasnt hard and didnt seem to take all that long. It was eating lots of fast food, burgers, and little to no exercise over the course of a few years. Sound familiar? In my 30s and 40s I was fairly active with scuba diving and just in my job itself. Then all of a sudden my job changed to where I sit at a computer eight hours a day (and still do), instead of being a busy technician building and testing things. With age also came the slowdown of my bodys metabolism (I amnow 54), coupled with a sit down job and eating lots of fatty burgers and other high calorie meals. Especially bad was eating big meals just before going to bed. It didnt take long to find myself at 335 pounds. I blew up like a big fat whale and my huge belly hung way over my belt line. I had to buy 3X shirts and 50 waist trousers to go around my bulk. I looked and felt just awful. The time came when I finally said enough is enough! I was not feeling good, was out of breath all the time, and could hardly walk up the stairs to the bedroom. I went out and bought a good digital bathroom scale and weighed myself the next morning (undressed and after using the bathroom). The max limit on the scale was 330 pounds. The scale gave me an error message (a big fat capital E). That meant I was heavier than 330 pounds! Oh my God I thought! It cant be! That morning, I weighed myself at work on the shipping scales. My weight was about 340 pounds fully dressed and after eating breakfast. That meant my true morning weight was around 335 or so. Steps I took to lose the pounds I knew I didnt want (or could afford) to buy expensive exerciseequipment. Nor did I want to spend a lot of money to join a health club. There had to be a better way. I did some research on the internet about aerobics and metabolism (the rate at which the body burns fuel) and came to the conclusion the answer to my weight problem was to increase my metabolism through aerobic exercise, and by changing my eating habits. The strict definition of aerobic is with oxygen. The body uses oxygen to burn fuel. Aerobic exercise improves oxygen consumption by the body and burns fuel more efficiently. Ilearned that aerobic exercise (like walking at a brisk pace for 20 or more minutes without stopping), will increase the bodys metabolism (perhaps up to several hours), even after you stop exercising. This is just one of the added perks of aerobics. After getting freaked out when my new digital bathroom scale went Tilt, this is what I did 1. I created a spreadsheet on my home computer so I could track and record my weight each Saturday morning (you can choose any day you wish, as long as you are consistent on when you weightyourself). Once a week is best. 2. I researched the internet about losing weight, and learned about metabolism, aerobics and aerobic exercise (and how they affect the body and calories). I figured I should be about 180-185 pounds for my height and frame, so I adjusted my daily calorie intake for that body weight. No special diets to speak of, just calorie intake adjustment, although I do try and eat healthy foods most of the time. 3. I invested in a good pair of walking shoes. This is critical! 4. I measured out one mile (using the odometer of my car), and timed how long it took me to walk one mile at a brisk pace (brisk pace meaning walking fast enough to elevate my heart and respiration rate). It took me 20 minutes to walk one mile. A 20-minute mile is not all that fast, but fast enough for someone weighing 335 pounds. And 20 minutes is the minimum workout time for aerobic exercise to be beneficial to the heart. My course was nothing more than the sidewalks of my neighborhood. Partly homes and apartments, and partly businesses. 5. I walked one mile per day, everyday, for about the first month (a 20-minute walk after dinner). I noticed my energy level was building and I felt better. After about the first 10 days, my digital bathroom scale began to give me a number instead of the big fat E error message. Definite progress! 6. The second month I increased my distance to one and a half miles a day (or a 30-minute walk after dinner). The soreness in my legs gradually disappeared. 7. I continued this pattern of increasing the distance by one-half mile until I was up to six miles per day (doing three miles before work and three miles after work). Six miles a day may be a bit extreme, so you may want to adjust your walks accordingly. But it worked for me and got to the point where I could walk three miles without breaking into a sweat. The pounds melted off! 8. After I lost nearly 100 pounds, I scaled back to four miles a day (two before work and two after work). I walk the miles faster too, about a 17-minute mile). 9. After 14 months, I reached 185 pounds and thats apparently where my body wants to be. I continue to walk four miles everyday, watch my daily calorie intake, and have stabilized at 185 pounds. Do I still eat a big fat juicy burger and ice cream once in awhile? OH YES! I love that stuff! But I religiously weight myself each Saturday morning and my weight seems to be happy and steady at 185. I dont deprive myself of the foods I love, but I have learned what, when, and how much I can eat and get away with. One has to experiment and adjust accordingly. I look forward each day to my walks. In fact, I get a sense ofaccomplishment after each walk. A fringe benefit I guess. Another fringe benefit is that walking is a great stress reliever especially after a hard day at the office. All in all, I am in much better health. That 150-pound barbell I was carrying around all day is gone. Myheart and cardiovascular system is much healthier all due towalking. Perhaps one of the greatest benefits (other than the obvious health benefits) is that the people in the neighborhood and the storekeepers stop me all the time and comment on how I look. These are the people who would see me walk by their homes and stores each day. They saw a once very fat person transformed into a thin person. The bottom line I was sick of being obese and I knew it was killing me and that I needed to do something and quick. I was a sure candidate for a heart attack or stroke. After doing a little research, I found the best way for me was aerobic walking coupled with a change in eating habits. There other types of exercises that will work too, but I believe nothing is as good for the human body then walking. The benefits are enormous and the cost is, well, the price of a good pair of walking shoes andcomfortable clothes. Its enjoyable too! Forget those expensive boring indoor treadmills! Go for a walk in the great outdoors! If you can walk, have a place to walk, by all means go for it! If you are like me, you will increase your energy a hundred fold. Start off slow at first if you are way out of shape, a few minutes a day. Walk briskly and swing those arms. Increase until you can do a mile, then a mile and a half, and so on and so on until you reach your goal weight. This is a lifelong commitment, so dont stop after reaching your goalweight. My family and friends at work all say I am half the man I used to be. They are not very far off! I went from wearing 3X shirts and 50 waist trousers, to wearing large shirts and 34 waist trousers. Yeah, I had to buy all new clothes but I didnt mind the expense one bit. Take care and happy walking. Stripped Marlin Madness!

Sunday, July 29th, 2007

By Craig Bullas Another day in cabo san lucas fishing for stripped marlin. Anyone who has caught one of these fish know they put up a huge fight. Well it was about four in the morning when the alarm went off, time to roll out of bed for another day of tag and release fishing. There is nothing better than spending the day on the water with some good buddies collecting data on such a remarkable species. So as we got to the boat our friend and captain was already at the docks warming up the boat and buying bait from one of our locals. So once we got there it was just time to untie the boat and push off for a day on the water. Well once we got past the port captain on the way out of the harbor, we stated to talk about where we wanted to fish for the day. We thought since there was plenty of the day boats heading up north to the pacific side we decided that we might head up that way as well. So I said to the guys why don’t we go hit up the golden gate fishing spot. This is a spot that many of the locals take there day trips to, because it is known for producing tons of fish. The problem is sometimes you will get out there and it looks like the whole marina is parked out there on this one fishing spot. Anyways it was early and we made it out there before all of the day boats arrived. So as we released all the lures in the water and started to fish, we stated seeing alot of birds feeding up about a mile north so we fished our way up there. Once arriving to the spot where the birds were feeding it was like marlin madness. I mean there was about 15 marlin I could see right at first, and I am sure there was more below. I told the guys to pull in all the lures and put on live bait since that’s what there feeding on. I got us right up on a nice sized marlin and we got a bait right in front of his nose, and he took it. The reel started screaming, and I think from the co motion of one fish being hooked up we hooked up two more right away. So now we have 3 marlin hooked up and its a mad house in the cockpit of the boat, three guys fishing and one guy running around getting tags ready. Well needless to say that day we tagged and released over 10 stripped marlin, making it one of the best days of marlin fishing for us. We never take any game fish from our waters as they are becoming over fished. So please remember when fishing only keep what you need, and just take pictures, your friends at home will like the pictures just as much as three of four coolers full of fish. And when you can go check out save the pacific, there a new non profit that are dedicated to helping protect and preserve our fragile oceans. Thanks for reading, I will be posting alot more fishing and conservation stories so keep your eyes open. http://www.savethepacific.org Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Craig_Bullas http://EzineArticles.com/?Stripped-Marlin-Madness!&id=142923 mom your and has daughter through porn came mom her and might son each sex were incest but sex before videos they mom make son under incest while sex make abuse which incest by support it incest has rape where survivors a domestic were violence my abuse said survivors here in did my same father her s many arms between a if true only story any of on incest the sexual on abuse over of see a our

Get Rid of Yellow Jackets

Thursday, July 26th, 2007

By Emma Drosy A common problem for those who enjoy going outdoors (and who doesnt), yellow jackets strike when youre looking somewhere else, leaving a stinging pain that you wont soon forget. Yellow jacket nests on your property can be dangerous to visitors, small children, and your pets. Do you know how to get rid of yellow jackets? Yellow jackets will build their nests in tiny holes, living in large groupings and making occasional trips to terrorize people and animals nearby outside the hole. If you suspect youve got a yellow jacket nest on the property, its best to deal with the problem as soon as possible. You have to get rid of yellow jacket nests when they appear, as soon you notice you might have one. There is some danger in trying to get rid of yellow jacket nests, because if you anger the yellow jackets in the nest youre very liable to get attacked by the yellow jackets and stung in many different places. So you must exercise caution at all times when trying to get rid of yellow jackets. Safety first! Be careful when you antagonize stinging insects of any kind. Many products are available on the open market to help you get rid of yellow jackets. Chemical sprays and yellow jacket nest destroying kits may work to help you rid yourself of your yellow jacket problem, but exercise caution when placing agents that will harm yellow jackets. You dont want to get in the area if those yellow jackets decide to take offense at their treatment! There are also professional removal services that will help you get rid of yellow jackets. These services may be rather costly, but they work exceedingly well and require very little effort from you (all you have to do is make the call and sign the bill). Also, having the professionals take care of your yellow jacket problem means that you will not be harmed or put in danger in any way. For many, this is considered the best way to get rid of yellow jacket nests. Once you know how to get rid of yellow jackets, you can re-claim the area of your property that was previously yellow jacket infested. After all, its your home you decide who stays, and who goes. Living Your Life In Spite of Pain

Monday, July 16th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Jennifer_E_Sullivan] Jennifer E Sullivan What we perceive as pain is an interaction between several chemicals in the brain and spinal cord. These chemicals are called neurotransmitters. These neurotransmitters conduct nerve impulses from one nerve cell to another, and on to the brain. They do this by stimulating receptors found on the surface of nerve and brain cells, which function somewhat like gates, opening and closing to allow messages to pass from one nerve cell to the next. Many pain-relieving drugs work by acting on these receptors. Pain can be roughly divided in to two types: Acute pain, and chronic pain. Pain is described as acute when it basically doesnt last very long it is usually caused by an injury, illness, or surgery, and subsides as your body heals. Chronic pain is usually said to persist for at least 6 months after your body has healed from the illness or injury that first caused the pain in question. There are forms of chronic pain that defy diagnosis. This usually adds to the emotional lows, anger, and self esteem problems that can already arise from experiencing the chronic pain in the first place. Many patients who experience chronic pain can also find that it interferes with the day to day activities of their lives. Up to one-third of the entire population of the United States is affected by acute or chronic pain during the course of a year1. Given the passage of a significant amount of time, all of these problems, compounded with anxiety, can lead to poor response to treatment, and set up a vicious cycle of unending discomfort. You can, however, take steps to reclaim your life, and break the hold that pain can have over you! Find, and Bond With Your Doctor If you, like many other people, have had care from many different physicians, you may want to pick one, and stick with them. In addition to your family physician, you may want to consider also seeing a specialist, if you know what is causing your symptoms. If you dont, you may want to consider a pain management specialist. Bear in mind that you will still need to have a primary care physician to coordinate care and manage your general health. This is especially important in avoiding harmful drug interactions or conflicts in therapy. When youre choosing a doctor, youll want to make sure that, besides being someone that you feel you can trust, they are also knowledgeable about chronic pain issues. Beyond that, they should encourage and allow you to ask questions, and even to disagree with them. You should have a positive, proactive outlook on the road ahead, and your doctor should also share that. Tell Your Doctor Everything Your doctor can only help you if you give him or her as much information about your pain as possible. You should explain to your doctor the nature of your pain, where it is, how bad it is, and how often it occurs. If there are triggers that cause your pain, explain them also. Also, tell your doctor if anything makes the pain better. Dont forget to think about other, external factors that may not be readily apparent. Changes in your day-to-day schedule or even activities within the course of your day may be affecting you without your knowledge. Your doctor will want to also go over other health problems with you. Besides directly affecting your pain, they may also affect his or her choice of treatment for you. All of this will also assist in what is traditionally the first step in treating chronic pain: assessing the cause. Treatment Your doctor may prescribe various combinations of different therapies and medications to treat your pain. Generally, treatment can take the form of physical, behavioral, or occupational therapy, combined with various pain relievers, antidepressants, or anti-inflammatories.Physical therapy can include walking, biking, etc, according to your situation, while behavioral therapy can teach you other pain control methods, such as meditation. Occupational therapy involves teaching you to more safely and efficiently accomplish everyday tasks, to minimize the risk of injury. A little about drugs: There are many pain-relieving drugs being used today. Opioid drugs block pain by locking onto opioid receptors in the brain. Other drugs control pain outside the brain, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). These drugs, including aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen, inhibit hormones called prostaglandins, which stimulate nerves at the site of injury and cause inflammation and fever. Newer NSAIDs, including Celebrex (celecoxib) and Vioxx (rofecoxib) for rheumatoid arthritis, primarily block an enzyme called cyclooxygenase-2. Known as COX-2 inhibitors, these drugs may be less likely to cause the stomach problems associated with older NSAIDs, but their long-term effects are still being evaluated2.To learn more about purchasing prescription drugs online, please visit http://www.prescriptiondrugplanet.com Lifestyle Changes Lifestyle changes can be invaluable in the treatment of chronic pain. If you smoke, or drink alcohol fairly frequently, you may want to modify your behavior. Quit smoking and drinking, or at the very least, cut back drastically. A healthy diet will help not only directly, but indirectly, by reducing the strain on your cardiovascular system, and reducing stress.Using recreational drugs can also impact your health in a myriad of ways that you could not possibly foresee. Again, communication with your doctor is paramount. You and your primary care physician can map out all the things that you can do to try to reduce pain, and, if they work, you can modify your treatment accordingly. The key is to identify goals and obstacles to reducing pain, and tackling those goals and obstacles one at a time; then you can move on to the next challenge. Dont set unrealistic goals, because this will only lead to failure and frustration. It is most important for you to take a long, hard look at your life, and how your pain has affected the way you live it. Then, take the necessary steps to take your life back to change your behavior to reflect that you will no longer allow yourself to be controlled by pain. References 1. The 7 Things You Should Know Before You Hire A Marketing Consultant

Saturday, July 14th, 2007

By Kim Crabtree We realize choosing a marketing consultant can be a tough decision to make. We also realize that making the wrong choice can cost your business a lot of extra money! Because of this, we have outlined a few key areas to consider when selecting a new consultant or a consulting company. To assist you in your selection process, use the following considerations as your last gut check before making a commitment. 1. Not all consultants are legitimate. Make sure the consultant youre considering has a good reputation and appropriate credentials. Do your homework and check their references. 2. You will be working very closely with your chosen consultant. Be sure you see yourself and your organization working well with this person or firm. Do they fit into your culture and work environment? Do they seem comfortable with your people? Do your people feel comfortable with them? 3. Not all consultants will track their own success or failure. Advertising and marketing agencies are the last holdout for unchecked spending couched in the myth that Marketing is not traceable. is trend is changing in your favor. Bottom line: demand a ROI tracking method on your investment from your consultant. 4. Your consultant may not dig deep to find ways to be cost conscious and save you money. You should demand as an example: they discuss ways to save printing or design costs by using one marketing piece for several functions. Another example, they should be able to delegate work to junior level people or to your people. 5. Not all consultants will tell you the truth, even if it hurts. Look for a consultant with integrity. Likewise, be ready to hear that the brochure you created has room for improvement. The last thing you need is a consultant that agrees that everything is just fine as-is. 6. The best consultants are not fanatic die hards for only one marketing philosophy. Great consultants continue to educate themselves in all areas in order to give you the best tools, techniques and methods available. If the consultant youre considering assures you they have the One best system, watch out! 7. Consultants may try to make you dependent on them - be wary! Good consultants share how they do what they do excellent ones teach you how to do marketing yourself and work themselves out of the job. Deciding on the right consultant is very important for your company. No one can consider every possible question or scenario that may arise in selecting a good consultant and we trust this material is a helpful beginning to your selection process. We encourage you to contact us with any questions - were available to help. It seems that about 50% of those calling themselves consultants dont really know what theyre doing, but almost 90% of those buying consulting services dont know how to tell the difference! unknown Kim Crabtree, is vice president of MetaOps, Inc.
